When do you deliver?

We deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Islandwide Singapore delivery.

How much is delivery?

Orders below $150 will have a $8 delivery fee. Delivery is free for orders above $150. Additional charges apply for remote or restricted locations (e.g. Sentosa), and free delivery does not apply for these locations.

Question 3

How far in advance should I order?

Accepted Answer

Order by 6.30pm the day before your delivery day. Friday 6.30pm closes Saturday delivery, and Saturday 6.30pm closes Sunday. Delivery slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Our delivery slots are available in 2-hour windows from 10:30am to 8:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays. We’re unable to guarantee a specific timing or narrower delivery window. If you require delivery at a specific time or within a narrower window, please let us know at least 2 working days in advance. Additional delivery charges will apply.

What happens if the driver cannot access my building or delivery location?

Please ensure that someone is available to answer the intercom or provide access to your building or delivery location. If the driver cannot gain access or reach you, they will need to continue with the route and return later, where possible. A second delivery attempt will incur a $15 fee.

Question 6

What's included in each portion, and how much can one feed?

We recommend our curated platters, which are designed with suggested serving sizes (pax) for easy ordering. Alternatively, meats and sides are also available à la carte. As a general guide, we recommend 200-250g meat per pax for regulars eaters, and 250-300g per pax for larger eaters.

Can I request specific cuts (e.g. leaner meat)?

We can try to accommodate requests like leaner cuts — just leave a note when placing your order. Our meats are smoked with a balance of fat for tenderness and flavour, so leaner cuts may be less juicy.

Our meats are not halal-certified.

Is the food gluten-free?

All menu items are gluten-free, except Smoked Pulled Pork and Wicked Slaw. Please note that our kitchen uses shared tools and preparation areas, so while we take care to avoid cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that items are completely free from gluten traces.

Can I order more for bigger gatherings?

Absolutely. Adjust the quantity on the order page, or use our group planner to work out the right spread for your headcount.

Do you cater for events?

No — we don't cater events. As a home-based operation, we only deliver platters for personal gatherings within our standard weekend delivery model. Order multiple platters through the menu and we'll deliver them together.

Why are slots limited daily?

Each day, our meats are smoked fresh over hours to achieve that perfect flavour. We keep portions limited to maintain consistency, and to ensure every bite lives up to the Mandai Smoke Co. promise.

Can I pick up the food myself?

Accepted Answer

We operate on a delivery-only model, so self-collection isn't available at this time.
