For most home birthdays, one Hunter’s Platter (S$128, 4-6 pax) or one Chieftain’s Platter (S$185, 6-8 pax) from Mandai Smoke Co. is enough food. We deliver on Saturdays and Sundays islandwide, with a S$100 minimum order and free delivery above S$150.
How Much Smoked Meat to Order
Plan on 200-250g of meat per regular eater and 250-300g per larger eater. Children under 12 eat about half of that. Add roughly one large side for every two guests.
Our platters are sized by headcount, so you can order by the number of people:
- 3-4 pax: Safari Platter, S$165.
- 4-6 pax: Hunter’s Platter, S$128.
- 6-8 pax: Chieftain’s Platter, S$185.
- 10-14 pax: a Chieftain’s Platter and a Hunter’s Platter together, S$313.
- 12-16 pax: two Chieftain’s Platters, S$370.
If your guests are big eaters, order for the next size up.
To top up a platter, a 500g item serves about two regular eaters:
- Smoked Pulled Pork 500g, S$45
- Smoked Pork Belly 500g, S$45
- Smoked Boneless Beef Short Plate 500g, S$70
- Smoked Dino Rib (600-800g), S$80
The Smoked Dino Rib is beef, and it is the only rib we sell. The Smoked Beef Rillette (150g, S$23) and Smoked Pork Rillette (150g, S$18) work as a starter while guests arrive.
For sides, we have Wicked Slaw (S$6), Ember Corn (S$7), Rustic Mash (S$9) and Golden Rice (S$9). Cake and drinks are yours to arrange.
When to Order and What Delivery Costs
Orders close at 6.30pm the day before delivery. Friday 6.30pm closes Saturday delivery, and Saturday 6.30pm closes Sunday delivery. For a birthday, confirm the food when you confirm the date.
Delivery slots are 2-hour windows between 10.30am and 8.30pm. Pick a window that ends well before the party starts, so you have time to warm the food.
- Delivery is S$8 for orders under S$150.
- Delivery is free for orders above S$150.
- Sentosa and restricted locations cost extra and do not get free delivery.
- A failed delivery costs $15 for a second attempt.

- We do not provide plates or cutlery, so buy disposables or use your own.
- We deliver only.
Serving and Reheating
Our meats are fully cooked. You're warming them, not cooking them.
The microwave is the quick option and works well:
- Put the food in a microwave-safe dish and cover it with a damp paper towel.
- Heat on medium power in 1-minute intervals.
- Rearrange the food between intervals, until it is warmed through.
For larger portions, use the oven:
- Set it to 180C and cover the food loosely with foil.
- Heat for 8-12 minutes.
- Take it out when the centre reaches 65C.
- Rest it for 2 minutes before serving.
Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours and eat them within 2-3 days. Freeze anything you want to keep longer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is your food halal? No. Our meats are not halal-certified, and we smoke pork in the same kitchen. Guests who avoid pork can eat the beef items: the Smoked Dino Rib, Smoked Boneless Beef Short Plate and Smoked Beef Rillette.
How much food do I need for children? Children under 12 eat about half the portion of an adult. Plan on 200-250g per regular adult eater and adjust the children's share down from there.
What happens if nobody is home when you deliver? We can make a second delivery attempt for $15. Choose a 2-hour slot when someone will be there to receive the food.
